They bring a wealth of expertise, networks, and resources, united by a shared commitment to human rights and a vision of a more just, equitable world for all.

Camille A. Emeagwali
Camille A. Emeagwali leads grantmaking strategy, evaluation, and impact positioning at The New York Women's Foundation as Senior Vice President of Programs & Strategic Learning. Under her leadership, the Foundation has distributed over $90 million in grants to advance gender, racial, and economic justice across NYC and beyond. Previously, she served as Director of Capacity Building at the Harm Reduction Coalition, overseeing national training programs focused on HIV prevention and syringe access. With over 20 years in the nonprofit sector, Camille has delivered extensive technical assistance, consultation, and skills-building training in the areas of organizational development and program sustainability. A daughter of Jamaican immigrants and native of Queens, NY, she is passionate about supporting bold leaders and organizations that are positively impacting the lives of Black women, immigrant women, and women of color. Camille holds an MA in Nonprofit Management from the New School’s Milano School and a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Christine Song
Christine Song is a Managing Director of Miller Buckfire, a firm specializing in restructuring and complex leveraged finance situations. Since joining in 2014, Christine's experience includes representing ad hoc creditors groups, debtors and sponsors across a range of in-court and out-of-court restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. Christine's practice includes representing clients in both private and public finance. Prior to joining Miller Buckfire, she worked at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. In 2021 Christine was named a “Rising Star” by the Bond Buyer and was awarded the Emerging Leaders Award by The M&A Advisor. She currently serves as co-chair of the Board of Trustees at the Children’s Museum of the East End. Christine holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and BA from Georgetown University.
Cindy Chen Delano
Cindy Chen Delano is an experienced special situations investor focused on distressed credit and equity situations across a broad range of industries and credit cycles. She is a former restructuring and bankruptcy lawyer at premier firms. She works closely with investors, executive management and corporate boards in developing and implementing strategic and business plans to unlock value for all stakeholders in complex situations. Originally from New York, she now resides in the Midwest with her family. Cindy serves on the board of "She Rock She Rock," a Minneapolis-based nonprofit supporting women and girls in music. She holds a JD from St. John’s University School of Law and a BA with a Concentration in Economics from New York University.
Dorothy Stuehmke
Dorothy Stuehmke, MPA, CAP®, IPA is a philanthropy and social impact leader who has dedicated her 25+ year multi-sector career across government, the nonprofit, and private sectors, to advance global, purpose-driven initiatives. As founder of The Impact Advisory, she supports Philanthropists to innovate and deepen their impact, Wealth Advisors on the power of integrating philanthropy into legacy planning, and Public Charities with strategic fundraising guidance. She holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® designation, is a 21/64 Certified Advisor, and Certified Impact Philanthropy Advisor (IPA), which she also teaches with Daylight Advisors. Her previous roles include Philanthropic Advisor at Citi Private Bank and Senior Program Officer at the Citi Foundation. A former U.S. diplomat (2006–2009), Dorothy oversaw humanitarian aid efforts in North Korea. She is a board member of Communitas America, a former Council on Foreign Relations Term Member, and a 92Y Women in Power Fellow. Dorothy earned an MA in Public Administration from NYU Wagner School of Public Service and a BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Elaine Rocha
Elaine Rocha is a highly accomplished C-suite executive, attorney, and board member known for her transformational leadership. Her nearly 14-year tenure at AIG encompassed significant roles, including Senior Vice President & Global Chief Investment Officer, Global Chief Operating Officer of Reinsurance and Investments, and key legal and strategic positions. Prior to her corporate career, Elaine built a successful legal practice spanning over 12 years, focusing on insurance law, complex coverage issues, and general litigation. Elaine also lends her expertise to advisory boards for both public and private companies, as well as several non-profit organizations. Deeply committed to education, she serves on the Foundation Board of Directors at The College of New Jersey where she earned her B.A. and chairs the Board of Visitors at Seton Hall University School of Law where she earned her J.D.
Rani Kumar Rajah
Rani Kumar Rajah is a seasoned technology executive, entrepreneur, and startup founder with over 20 years of experience in transformative technology programs and global initiatives. At EY for 15 years, she led cloud, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives to modernize global service delivery and drove Generative AI integration, cloud solutions, and Microsoft-powered platforms to enhance efficiency and innovation. She founded a pioneering AI security and governance startup dedicated to ensuring ethical, secure, and responsible AI adoption. Also co-founded a blockchain-powered charity platform developed from an MIT FinTech program to enhance transparency and trust in philanthropy. Rani serves on the boards of Social Capital Initiatives and Sourland Conservancy; coaches and mentors Girl Scouts; and champions sustainability, empowerment of women and younger generations, and promotion of the responsible use of technology. She holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering from Bharathiar University and a MIT FinTech Certification.
Renee Harper Ardrey
Renee Harper Ardrey is a strategic communications expert and trusted C-suite advisor with over 20 years of experience guiding leaders and teams through high-stakes challenges and special situations across industries and geopolitical concerns. As founder of Kai Kai Communications, she has led transformative campaigns for public and private sector clients delivering measurable impact through crisis management, public affairs, corporate communications and stakeholder engagement. Renee serves on the board of the Campaign School at Yale, a non-partisan, issue-neutral political campaign training program committed to increasing the number and influence of women in elected and appointed offices worldwide. Renee is a graduate of Georgetown University and an alum of the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy.
Sana Kapadia
Sana Kapadia is Chief Catalyst at Heading for Change, advancing nature and biodiversity solutions supporting gender equality. Her career has spanned gender finance, mission venture capital, development finance, impact investing, and equity research. She is focused on leveraging capital as a tool for social change and to support deep and intersectional systemic shifts. Sana has held executive leadership roles, grown businesses, and advanced the field of gender finance as well as worked in developed and emerging markets across both public and private sector capital. A global speaker, thought leader, and podcast host, Sana focuses on topics related to gender and climate finance, impact investing, sustainability, and leadership. She holds an MA in Development Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and an iBBA in Finance & Accounting from York University’s Schulich School of Business.
Smruti Govan
Smruti Govan is Legal Director of Human Rights & Sustainable Sourcing at PepsiCo. She monitors global human rights risk and due diligence across the company's supply chain and drives action against PepsiCo's salient human rights issues. Previously, she oversaw the global human rights program with a focus on gender equity at PVH (parent company to Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) and helped manage the global digital and financial literacy program for 37,000 female supply chain workers at Business for Social Responsibility (BSR). She began her career at Bloomberg LP within their ESG data and law teams. Smruti holds a JD from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a BA in Government from Cornell University.
Yeon Lee
Yeon Lee is a partner at PwC with 25 years of experience, focused on technology and digital transformation in the financial services sector. She specializes in large scale change programs for insurance, banking, and capital markets clients. Her expertise is leading clients through modernization and regulatory driven mandates that require changes to operating model, technology landscape, and elevating the role of data within finance, risk, actuarial, and compliance functions. Within the firm, Yeon oversees the innovation agenda for her practice team, focused on development and adoption of new innovations for clients. Yeon is also an active leader and driver of PwC’s inclusion agenda. She serves as a mentor and sponsor for multiple inclusion networks and firm inclusion initiatives. Yeon holds a BS in Management Information Systems from University of Virginia.
